How it works
When someone submits a form powered by Sift, the AI extracts structured fields like name, email, company, and intent. A webhook delivers this data to Zapier or Make, which then creates or updates a HubSpot contact and optionally creates a deal with the extracted budget and timeline. Your sales team gets a fully populated CRM record without touching a keyboard.
Setup guide
Set up a Zapier Zap or Make scenario with a webhook trigger (see the Zapier or Make integration guide).
Add a HubSpot 'Create or Update Contact' action step and connect your HubSpot account.
Map Sift's extracted fields (name, email, company, phone) to HubSpot contact properties.
Optionally add a second step to create a HubSpot Deal, mapping extracted budget and timeline to deal properties.
Activate the automation and submit a test form to verify the contact appears in HubSpot.
