Operator and agreement
Sift Forms is operated by Baxter House Consultants Ltd (company number 10247877), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Early-access service
Sift is an experimental service. Features, limits, and availability may change. Paid checkout is currently paused and the available pilot is free. We may suspend abusive use or end the pilot with reasonable notice.
Permitted data and your responsibility
Use only data you have a lawful right to process. Do not submit health, hiring, financial, regulated, special-category, or other sensitive data unless we have separately agreed appropriate security and contractual terms in writing. You are responsible for reviewing extracted fields before relying on them.
AI limitations
AI extraction can be incomplete or wrong. Sift does not provide legal, medical, employment, financial, or compliance advice, and must not be the sole basis for consequential decisions.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us only the rights needed to host, process, and transmit it to provide the service. You must not use Sift to violate law, rights, or security.
Availability and liability
The pilot is provided without an uptime commitment or warranty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the free pilot.
Ending use and contact
You may stop using Sift at any time and ask us to close your account through the contact form. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
