How it works

Sift extracts structured data from every form submission and sends it as a JSON webhook. Zapier or Make receives the webhook and uses the Salesforce connector to create leads, contacts, accounts, or cases with the extracted fields already mapped. Your Salesforce admins don't need to build any custom integration — just configure the field mapping once and every future submission flows in automatically.

Setup guide

Create a Zapier Zap or Make scenario with a webhook trigger pointed at your Sift form.

Add a Salesforce action step (Create Lead, Create Contact, or Create Case) and authenticate your Salesforce org.

Map Sift's extracted fields to Salesforce object fields — name, email, company, description, and any custom fields.

Set up a Salesforce assignment rule or flow to route the new record to the right owner based on extracted attributes.

Test with a form submission and verify the record appears in Salesforce with all fields populated.
