How it works
Sift sends a structured JSON webhook every time a form submission is processed. Point that webhook at a Zapier Catch Hook trigger and your Zap fires instantly. Map Sift's extracted fields to any downstream app — CRM, spreadsheet, email tool, database — without writing a single line of code.
Setup guide
Create a new Zap in Zapier and choose 'Webhooks by Zapier' as the trigger, then select 'Catch Hook'.
Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.
In your Sift dashboard, open the form you want to connect and paste the Zapier webhook URL into the Webhooks section.
Submit a test entry through your Sift form so Zapier can detect the payload structure.
Add your downstream action (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, etc.), map the extracted fields, and turn the Zap on.
