How it works
Sift sends a structured webhook payload whenever a form submission is extracted. By pointing that webhook at a Slack Incoming Webhook URL, each submission appears as a formatted message in your chosen channel. For richer formatting, route through Zapier or Make to build Slack Block Kit messages with buttons and sections.
Setup guide
In Slack, go to your workspace settings and create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want notifications in.
Copy the Slack Incoming Webhook URL.
In your Sift dashboard, add the Slack webhook URL to your form's Webhooks configuration.
Submit a test form entry and verify the message appears in your Slack channel.
Optionally, route through Zapier or Make to customise the message format with Block Kit elements.
